Robin is passionate about bringing memories and images to life through color and texture. Her hope is that her pieces will bring a smile to your face or remind you of something special.
Robin Frost-Bess comes from a family of artists. Her mother and grandmothers were accomplished artists, so it’s in her blood. She spent most of her adulthood raising her four children with her husband, working full time and just doing life. In this next phase, she is realizing that she is the most centered when she is creating stories on canvas working with torn paper, acrylics and gesso.
Robin has shown her work at Calvin Fletcher Coffee and First Friday’s at 4 Birds Bakery in Fountain Square as well as 8th Day Distillery in Indianapolis. She was accepted to show at Penrod 2020, which has been postponed to 2021, and her work was featured in The Starlight Emporium Magazine, Summer 2020 Edition.
Robin currently has booth space at Full Circle 9 Gallery in Indianapolis. FC9 is an artist-cooperative of two dozen artists, working together to advance their art and creativity, located inside the Circle City Industrial Complex near downtown Indianapolis.
